Our three step process of design, order, and install takes all of the worry and pain out of creating a space. KR Office Interiors makes creating your perfect space enjoyable and hassle free!
Step One Design: First you would meet with one of our project managers to discuss your needs, big or small, to narrow down what you are looking for. Our project manager will deign your space and show you 2D and 3D drawings of what you are looking for, depending on what you need. They will work through revisions to make sure you are happy with what you are ordering before you place the order. We work with Steelcase and many other furniture manufacturers to find furniture that fits your needs and budget!
Step Two Order: Now that you are happy with the design we will order your products for you without you having to worry about anything else until it is time to schedule! We will receive the furniture for you at one of our local warehouses and store it there until it is time to place.
Step Three Install: The furniture has arrived and it is time to schedule a time with you for our installers to deliver the furniture to your space. If assembly is required, we will take care of all of that for you. What about all the trash afterwards? Well that parts easy, we take care of it for you too!
Lastly there is one more thing that sets KR Office Interiors apart from the rest of those retailers. If you have a warranty issue, you are able to contact your local office and we will work through it with you. No computer voices. Now working through options, to then sit on hold forever. You get to talk to one of us in the office and we will work through what you need, then we will order if for you, and finish with delivering and installing whatever may be needed to take care of your issue.
